Hello. I have had a problem with this organisation for three years now. I cannot renew my health insurance because I took it out in Nice and am now in Paris. I was told that I could change regions if I sent the necessary documents. I sent them to both Nice and Paris. The last time I sent them was in August this year, and I was told to wait two weeks. I have been waiting for two months now, but I have not heard anything. What should I do in this situation? I really need medical care. The hotline did not give me any specific answers.
