How to track my Carte Vitale Application with Tracking number?

I am working in France. Its been more than a month since I have submitted my documents to create my Carte Vitale for me and my family members. I've received the tracking number to track my application. But I don't know where to use this tracking number to track the status of my application. I don't have AMELI account. Can anyone help in this case?

Hello SAM,

Ameli account and carte Vitale are available for insured people with certified social security number.

If you have a tracking number from the website that you use to upload your application, your file is being processed.

I invite you to contact a concelour to know when your file should be processed.

Thank you for your response message.
I have not uploaded documents on any website but I have processed the file by sending all the documents via post.
I have received the Tracking Number when I called the customer care number to ask about the process and they gave it to me but didn't clarified anything about the status of my application.
I guess I have to wait 2-3 more weeks to receive some temporary number or letter of request with more documents requirements in case the submitted documents are not sufficient !!

Hello SAM,

Then the tracking number then has been given to you to follow up on your application.

If your application has been received by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM), you need to wait for them to reach you back.

If you have no news within few weeks, then you can call again the line to get an update providing the tracking number.
