As you have lost your Vitale card, you cannot create your ameli account on your own.
I suggest you contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to obtain a temporary connection code.
- If you can speak French, please contact the French speaking line on 36 46,
- If you only speak English, please contact the English speaking line on 09 74 75 36 46.
When you will have access to your ameli account, you will be able to declare your carte Vitale as lost and order a new one online, using this topic as a guide : How to order my carte Vitale ?
