The processing time depends on the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

As we do not gave access to your file, I advise you to contact a counselor about your application to health insurance to know when you should be informed about your application procedure. Social security number will be delivered once your file has been processed.

I am sorry about the incovenience but the line can be busy due to an important amount of calls. The advise line is opened Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

I advise you to wait for your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to reach you back after they process your file or to call the line when opening in the morning if you want to know the delay.
