Social Security registration for international students - can't submit form properly

Hello,

I am a German student and doing my studies internship in Paris for 3 months. Be aware I am NOT signed at a French university for this purpose as I am not actively studying in France but working for a french company for my German study internship.

I was advised by my employer to register here: https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/ (as a student without professional activity, no Form S1 or EHIC)

However, I stumbled across 2 issues in the form that make me unable to submit it properly and receive my social security number:

• "French higher education establishment" is a required infobox. However, I am not at a french Uni, so what do I enter? I would have tried "Other" and entering my German Uni's name
• When entering my address details in France, the list dropdown "Town" shows "No Entries"... I will be living in Clamart (92140) but I cannot even select "Clamart" as the town so I can't continue.

Please has anyone got a solution? I already tried contacting the support lines (french one and international one). The international line just referred me to the FAQ and then hung up. The lady at the french line redirected me automatically to the international one and guess what - I got hung up again.
