How can I request for Certificate of Rights and Temporary Access Code without ameli account?

I recently received my wife's social security number from my office’s HR department on January 20, but I have not yet received her certificate of rights (attestation de droits) or a temporary access code to create an Ameli account.

How can I request these documents?

Bonjour Biswa,

Your wife will be able to download an attestation on her ameli account if her social security number has been certified. 

To know more about her situation, I invite here to contact a counselor who will be able to help her connecting to ameli or who will send her an attestation if she cannot access ameli yet.
