Unable to log in to Ameli No longer covered ?

Hello
I have used my Ameli account successfully for several years, but I have just tried to log on and the message says "not covered by the general health insurance scheme. Contact your health insurance fund". My circumstances have not changed. I'm on my husbands S1. I have tried to find a contact email address, but it tells me to log into my Ameli account, which I obviously can't do! Thanks
