how long do I have to wait to be created my account?

I arrived France in September 2021 and started applying ameli account asap. I got a temporary document which has numbers and code. However, some of my documents are still processing now, and cannot get official one. It has been 7 months... Is that usual to process that much amount of time? I wanna apply to the caf as well so I really need one. Thank you.
