I need my temporary social security number very soon

I am coming to France from a Red Zone country and will therefore be needing to complete my french health insurance thing before I arrive in France. But, I need a residence permit and I do not have that (and wont have it before I arrive in France)

So, in the residence permit section, I just uploaded my visa again.

Can someone please see if my documents can be approved a bit faster? Because I have been trying to call the english helpline (during the work hours) but no one was answering
