Reimbursement for Health care

Hello, I have been working in France and I had an accident during that time. I've been hospitalised, but my health insurance documents weren't ready yet, so I had to pay everything on my own. I have received the social security number half year later, when I already moved away from France and closed my bank account. I submitted all the documents needed to receive the reimbursement, but the social security keeps having problems with the IBAN. I even sent a document of the 3rd person, filled out forms and sent the RIB in order to have the reimbursement, but nothing. I tried to call the social security in France several times from abroad, but the English speaking line is always invalid. I would really need some help, because I'm running out of time. It's been already more than 1 year since I try to get reimbursed and there is always a problem. If I reach the 2 years, I can't get my money back anymore.
Could you please help me out?

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

I advise you to contact the CPAM’s English speaking line. To do so, dial 09 74 75 36 46 (from France) or 0033 974 75 36 46  (from abroad). You can call this line Monday until Friday from 08:30 a.m. until 05:00 p.m.

For your information, the international call prefix or dial out code shown as “+” has to be replaced by figures which are different from the country where you’re located.

Hello,Thank you very much for your answer.
When I try to call the phone number it doesn't work. I tried many times all week, and it always ends without even ringing. Is there a mistake in the number? Or id it not valid anymore?

Your need to dial 0033 974 75 36 46 if you want to call the english line from abroad (09 74 75 36 46 from France).

The international call prefix or dial out code shown as “+” has to be replaced by figures which are different from the country where you’re located.
