CPAM has lost my documents, and they think the forms are being directed to Paris

Hello,
We submitted our documents to CPAM La Rochelle on October 6, 2025 and they were confirmed delivered on October 9th, 2025. I have been in touch with CPAM several times, but they cannot find the documents, and originally thought they might have been sent to Paris. I am on the Talent Passport, Artist but I am self-employed not employed, and I've been informed that they should not have been sent to Paris. The CPAM staff have told me they have reached out to Paris several times over the last 5 months, but they have had no response.

I was then advised to submit my documents to the Chartente-Maritime Depot online, which I did, but they couldn't find them. I spoke with someone again, who thought they had been sent to Paris again. I was advised to submit my documents to Paris, even though that was incorrect, because then once I had a rejection from Paris, then La Rochelle should pay more attention to processing our Carte Vitales. It's been almost a month, and I've had no response from my La Rochelle or Paris online submissions. We really need our social security numbers, and to purchase a mutuelle, and I would very thankful if someone could please assist me with how to get our documents processed.
