Paris CPAM application for Passeport-Talent holders

I am a researcher (intern civil servant) at a national research institute in Paris, and my family and I moved to France in early October. Because my institution forgot to apply for CPAM for me in advance, my family and I submitted all the documents ourselves by registered mail at the end of October.
It's been a month now, and I haven't received any response. My institution's HR inquired CPAM office and found that they had received the application and were processing it.
Should I cancel this application and have my institution reapply through official channels to obtain medical insurance faster?

It is not necessary to ask for a cancellation of the application you did yourself, our services will link your documents and the ones that your employer sent and they will proceed your request.

Moreover, in your situation, I advise you to directly call the English hotline. An agent will check the progress of your documents.
