EU family established in France with only my husband having a work contract. Can we both apply in CPAM in the same time?

We are EU citizens and we moved to France, as my husband has a work contract in here. Can we both apply in the same time to CPAM office or only him first as I do not have a job yet? Can the form S1106 and required documents be in the same envelope for both?
Do I have to be attached to his health insurance or I send a separate S1106 form file with all required documents?
Can we just drop off the required documents to the local CPAM office or they need to be send only by post?
We already spent over three months in here and we need to be registered. His employer is not giving any help with the process. Do we still need to send the proof of residence for the whole past months or just the current one?

Hello MiRA,

Your husband can apply straight away as he has signed a work contract. He can send the application by post to the main office of your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) or drop off to an office.

You can find CPAM adresses on ameli.fr page "Adresses et contacts".

As a non active European citizen, the way to apply is different. You have to apply online using the following website: https://inactif-europeen.ameli.fr/fr/situation
