Declaration of pregnancy (Talent passport Family)

Hi, I am currently on Passport Talent CDI working in Paris. My wife (currently in India) is pregnant and we hope to get the Passport Talent Family Visa for her after her first trimester. I have the following questions in this regard:
1) how long does it take to get the social security number so that we can avail the benefits ? (I know that there’s no minimum req of 3months for passport talent family)
2) For the “declaration of pregnancy” is it possible directly after her arrival in France with the temporary Passport talent family VISA or do we need to first wait for the temporary SSN ?
3) Can the declaration of pregnancy be made after the 2nd trimester (in case there’s some delay in obtaining the temporary SSN) ?

As I explained in my last message this morning, you can contact a counselor to know the delay about application to caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

For more details about application as passeport talent holder, I invite you to read this topic called "How to be covered if I am a « Passeport talent » or a « Passeport talent famille » holder ?". 

You wife will provide the pregnacy certificate, "Délcaration de grossesse", provided by her midwife or doctor, once her rights to health insurance will be opened so that CPAM can register the pregnacy to her file.
