There is an official website where you can find out more about your social protection abroad, depending on your situation (going to work abroad, doing an internship or becoming self-employed in France, etc.) : https://www.cleiss.fr/

• Sortie définitive du territoire 

If you plan to go live abroad, you need to submit the form « déclaration spontanée de sortie du territoire » and send back your carte Vitale to your CPAM. Once your rights have been closed, you will no longer have access to your Ameli account. A document will be sent to you in order to open your rights in your new country of residence.
