If you have a foreign bank account, it cannot be registered on the ameli account, neither the first french bank account.
If you are in one of the situations mentioned, you will need to send
your request by letter (indicate your social security number, your last
name and your first name along with your RIB (bank account details
showing your IBAN number) and a copy of your passport).
