Trouble Accessing AMELI Portal and Uploading RIB Document

Dear AMELI Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a letter at my home address from AMELI containing a temporary code to access my portal. I've tried to log in twice, and I'm certain I've entered my credentials correctly both times. However, I've been consistently met with an error message stating that my credentials do not match.

Additionally, I received a RIB (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire) document today that I need to upload on my portal. Unfortunately, initially I uploaded my Pakistani Bank Details but it was rejected. After its rejection, there is no option showing for me to upload my French RIB on the portal.

I'm reaching out to the AMELI community to seek assistance. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights into what might be going wrong, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Please share your knowledge or any solutions that could help me resolve this issue.

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

If you need help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.

If you could not provide your french bank details online, I advise you to send it by post to your local CPAM office with a copy of your idendity document (passeport or idendity card).
