Accessing Account/ Card Vitale

Hi. I already have an account on with all my supporting documents. However, I am unable to login and access my account to obtain the certificate or access my Card Vitale. I am getting the below message after I log in. Could you please assist?

"We can't proceed with your registration request : A registration number has already been assigned to you

We invite you to contact the local social security fund at your place of residence by dialing 3646 (0.06 € / min + price call)."

If you are a student, and you made the application on the website :, you normally received a message which confirms that you are registered with a temporary social security number. This number appears on the certificate you have to print.

If you don't succeed getting an access on this website, because of some safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.
