I was at that time at home in France, I was not abroad myself. The doctor was based in Portugal, but the Mobidoctor website is set up in Malta. I was diagnosed with sinusitis (sinusite) and given a prescription for medication, which I took to the local pharmacy here in France. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist said she couldn&#39;t submit the ordonnance for reimbursement from social security but gave me a feuille de soins. <br />My question is, how should I submit the feuille de soins for the prescription and the reimbursement certificate/bill from the video consultation from Mobidoctor to CPAM - the online submission is only for reimbursements while outside of France, while I was actually in France when I did the consultation and filled the prescription. Do I use the online form anyways? Or do I need to send the documents by the post (paper copies)?
