Can't create my Ameli Account

Hello,
I'm trying to fill out the from on the Étudiants internationaux Site , but every time i click on the continue button i get an alert and error that Some fields are missing or incorrect, even though everything is correct and done. One more thing sometimes when i click to choose the Name of the French higher education institution i only get the " Other " Option. What should I do in this case.

Hello, I have recently moved to Grenoble from Belgium to join with my husband, I have a passport talent - Famille. I would like to create my account, and require the social security number. I would like to inquire the question below:

Can I send the request form to CPAM in Grenoble to create my social security number?

Can I use my Belgium number linked to my social security number or I have to use a France number?

my situation is. I'm an international student, I did an exchange semester in france back in early 2025 at that time i applied for the l'assurance maladie. all my document were validated and i have received the "ATTESTATION DE DROITS" with my social security number, but have not created an ameli account nor request a carte vital. i left the country for a year. Now that i return for my master in late sept 2026, what should i do with my current status in order to renew or reactivate my social security number? I shloud add that the region in france i currently doing my master is different from the region i did my exchange and requested for the l'assurance maladie.

I am an international student and I have recently returned to France to continue my studies at IMT Atlantique in Nantes.

During my previous stay in France, I applied for registration with Assurance Maladie and received a **temporary social security identification number** in Lyon. However, my application was later rejected because some information or documents needed to be corrected. I did not complete the correction at that time because I returned to Cambodia.

I am now back in France and would like to know what procedure I should follow.

Could you please confirm whether my **temporary social security identification number is still valid** and whether I can continue my previous application? Or do I need to submit a new application as an international student in Nantes?

I would also appreciate it if you could let me know which documents I need to provide to complete my registration.

Assurance Registration Issue

Last year I had applied on https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/

I recieved a certificate of eliibility that was valid for a few months until my visa expired, i recieved mail of docs to send back and a form to fill, I had not done that.

I have a titre de sejour now, I'm still a student, and I need to register again, but theis time do the complete process to get my social security number and carte vitale, but on my account it already says processing completed, and there is no option to delete the previous file.

Any help with this will be appreciated.

Social Insurance number application (non student)

I understand that the below are the requirement to apply for a social insurance number:

• Copy of the passport or identity card;
• The S1106 form "Application for membership in the French health care system" available on the English page
• Certified copy of the birth certificate, the long version one (with the name of your parents);
• Copy of the marriage certificate (if you are married);
• Proof of residency for the past 3 months (utility bills for example);
• Bank account details (RIB - relevé d'identité bancaire/IBAN);
• An S1 refusal form from your health system, if you are eligible and came from an European country;

My question is: I don't want to send my original birth certificate or my marriage certificate from Quebec (already issued in French) because they are the only copies I have. Can I send a photocopy of the certificates? OR certified true copies (copies certifiées conformes)?

Hello,

I have submitted all the required documents for a first-time registration since the beginning of October 2025 (5 months ago), but I still haven't received my temporary Social Security Number. That means I don't have an ameli account, which makes it hard for me to check on the status of my application.

In the meantime, my address has changed.

I am constantly calling the English-speaking line, which informs me that it is out of use with an automated message.

I don't have any other means of contact because I don't speak English.

How could I resolve this issue?

I came to France at 18 and applied for my social security number and all. I'm non-EU international student and i had some issues with my file so it took very long to get it completed and finally receiving the social security number. i have certificate of rights and Attestation de droits.

I called the advice line twice to inform the change in my address, and they said it was fine but i still haven't received my card vital. however, all the health insurance mail now come to my new address but if i log in to see my completed file i still see old address and i keep receiving SMS that now i can log in to my ameli account and i tried many times to create account and log in but it says this type of file doesn't allow me for immediate log in and creation of the account. and i did receive mail at my address welcoming me into the postal code XX health insurance and providing certificate of rights HOWEVER it's been a year my card vital hasn't been delivered.

What should i do? my French isn't very good so i always call English advice line, but I don't understand this situation please help me find how can i get my card vital delivered.
