As we do not have access to your personal file from this forum, I am not able to clearly identify the reason why your birth certificate was rejected.

You should have been notified on the website of the reason for the refusal of your document.

If you can not see this notification, you can contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM)'s English speaking line, by dialling 09 74 75 36 46.

The line is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I draw your attention on the fact that according to the table setting out the current state of treaty law on legalization, if your birth certificate has been issued by Bangladesh, it needs to be legalized.
