Does the document still need to be translated? And does it need to be apostilled? If yes, what is the procedure to get apostilled documents? When I spoke to representatives from CPAM Essonne in my university they told me no translation was required.<br />Certain details (present address and permanent address) on my birth certificate do not match the addresses on my passport.
