First of all, I can confirm that if you have a paid job in addition to your studies in France, you cannot use the "etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr" website to register; instead, you must send your application by post as mentioned in the FAQ of this topic about How to be covered if I am an international student ?

As we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum, I suggest you contact the CPAM’s English line to track the application you have sent and check if a social security number has been created for you.

I want to precise that if you need expensive medical treatment before you receive your social security number, you can contact the hospital’s social services department.

You can also contact the social services department of your CPAM to receive support.

Hi Sarika. You will need to approach an assistante sociale at the PASS of the closest public hospital and see whether they can give you a temporary document to suspend the hospital bills, while they file for you a new application for Assurance Maladie.

You can also look into aide juridictionnelle and see if you can get a lawyer to assist you in appealing the refusal, if it comes to that.
