Do you have an attestation de droits and you are only missing your NIR and Carte Vitale, or you have no coverage certificate at all? In the first case, long waits can be expected for the procedure. In the second case, I would try to contact the CPAM.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maybe you could try to get help from a French speaker who can call 3646 and talk with your CPAM office. I believe the English hotline has limited access to individual dossiers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
