I had this corrected last year, but despite that, my file was suspended after almost a year. I have already submitted all the requested documents and information, but I still have not received any response from CPAM.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I urgently need access to my Ameli account because I am currently dealing with medical issues. Whenever I call the helpline, they keep telling me to wait another month. It has already been more than a month, and they are not even offering me an appointment to help move my file forward.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At this point, I am unable to get any clear information or assistance. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve this situation, I would really appreciate your advice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
