I think the English help line can only give out information as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Calling 3646 (in French) usually puts you in contact with someone who can actually check your situation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You could also try to get an appointment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

I am at the stage of my visa renewal where my CARTE VITALE  is most crucial document. I applied for my social security and got temporary social security number like in september-october 2025. Since then haven&amp;#39;t got any update now can&amp;#39;t even access my account. Please help asap.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
