          &lt;div class=&quot;body-bd&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;After the English help line contacted CPAM in Angouleme they have stated my doctor had not sent in prior approval document.&lt;br /&gt;I have this morning had an appointment with my doctor who is emphatic that the form had been sent in advance. He also stated&lt;br /&gt;that they have continual problems with CPAM refusing travel claims to Poitiers and suggested this is because they do not want to payout&lt;br /&gt;the distance claims.&lt;br /&gt;There is no other option for a nearer hospital for us.&lt;br /&gt;I have already had three return trips there, and a minimum of another three to come. (all under ALD)&lt;br /&gt;This is extremly unacceptable situations&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

          &lt;div class=&quot;body-bd&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good morning...&lt;br /&gt;After an extremely long wait on the telephone I managed to make contact with a very pleasant operative, but despite what you have said, she cannot access my file and offer an explanation.&lt;br /&gt;She explained they do not have access to any documentation if the requests for refunds were applied for online !&lt;br /&gt;So I am no wiser....&lt;br /&gt;On a positive note she did state she will contact CPAM in Charente and request they offer the explaination.....&lt;br /&gt;I WAIT&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
