I have been informed by my relocation agency that due to recent change in rules, CPAM now requires a birth certificate issued less than a year old. However, my child&#39;s birth certificate was issued in June 2022; it has full filiation, a QR code, and has been apostilled as well. </p><p>In India, the birth certificate is only issued once and it can be printed multiple times, but there is no way to get it issued with recent date. What is the guidance in this scenario? Is it mandatory for the Indian birth certificate to be less than year old? Or can I apply even with a birth certificate issued in 2022?</p><p>Please advice.
