We sincerely apologise for the difficulties you are experiencing with your application to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

Unfortunately, because of safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.

I therefore advise you to make a physical appointment directly with your local CPAM to check with them that your documents have been received and forwarded to the appropriate service.
I can confirm that if you are a talent passport holder but don't have any french contract as an employee, it is indeed your local CPAM that is responsible for processing your application.

You can make your appointment by telephone calling either the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.
