&lt;p&gt;First, you have to know that a prescription from a doctor in the Euopean Union is acceptable. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You have to send the &quot;feuille de soins&quot; from the pharmacy with the prescription to your local CPAM (caisse primaire d&#39;assurance maladie).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Then, concerning the consultation by the doctor based in Portugal (European Union), you can ask for a refund. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You have two possibilities :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- by filling the form S3125 (available on ameli website) and send it to your CPAM with your paid invoice. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- by using the teleservice &quot;Demander le remboursement d&#39;un soin à l&#39;étranger&quot; available on your ameli account (part, &quot;Démarches&quot; then &quot;Frais de santé&quot;).&lt;/p&gt;

          &lt;div class=&quot;body-bd&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;During the weekend, I was sick and was able to get a video consultation with a doctor through Mobidoctor, a website connecting me to doctors in the EU. I was at that time at home in France, I was not abroad myself. The doctor was based in Portugal, but the Mobidoctor website is set up in Malta. I was diagnosed with sinusitis (sinusite) and given a prescription for medication, which I took to the local pharmacy here in France. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist said she couldn&amp;#39;t submit the ordonnance for reimbursement from social security but gave me a feuille de soins. &lt;br /&gt;My question is, how should I submit the feuille de soins for the prescription and the reimbursement certificate/bill from the video consultation from Mobidoctor to CPAM - the online submission is only for reimbursements while outside of France, while I was actually in France when I did the consultation and filled the prescription. Do I use the online form anyways? Or do I need to send the documents by the post (paper copies)? I don&amp;#39;t see my situation reflected in the FAQs. &lt;br /&gt;My mutuelle advised that I need to submit the paperwork to the CPAM before they will look at reimbursing me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
