I applied for health insurance through Ameli and received my provisional health insurance certificate with my social security number. However, I am unable to access my Ameli account online. The following message appears: &amp;quot;Your current situation does not allow you to create your Ameli account immediately.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also received a letter regarding my health insurance card, outlining the steps to take to obtain it (a photocopy of my ID and a passport photo to be sent by mail). However, the 15-day deadline for sending these documents has passed. Therefore, I cannot obtain my health insurance card at this time. So let me know if I can use this letter for posting or need to wait for the new one. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am contacting you to ask what I need to do to create my Ameli account and finalize my application for obtaining my health insurance card either by using online portal or by post&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your attention, and I remain at your disposal for any further discussion.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
