The French helpline put me through to the English helpline when they discovered my French wasn&#39;t very good (same problem).</p><p>There is an email icon on the contact page, but it requires an ameli account, which requires a social security number, which I don&#39;t have.</p><p>I have a thankyou for using the DepotDoc service email with a tracking number from 22/10/2025. It appears I should have a number by now, even if everything isn&#39;t fully complete.</p><p>I am at a loss as what to do other than just waiting. Would I be contacted if there is a problem?
