Many thanks for your quick response. My problem is that I have tried both the methods you have quoted. The response I get from the Amelie app, says there is nothing due to be paid, and the response on the website, says that the créance ref does not correspond with my social sécurité number. So I’m stuck!

Hello Sandie,

We apologise for the difficulties you are experiencing.

Please note that if you have received a payment notice relating to the recovery of "participations forfaitaires", you can pay the amount owed directly from the "Mes paiements" section of your ameli web account (not available from the app).

You can also use this ameli.fr online payment site: Paiement des Créances en Ligne, using the reference number or "créance" number mentioned on your payment notice.

If you are unable to pay this amount online, you can make the payment by bank transfer (the bank details are specified in the letter) or by cheque.

If you need some help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English speaking line, by dialling 09 74 75 36 46.

The line is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
