The letter instructs me to set up an Ameli.fr account so I can order my Carte Vitale.  I have been trying to do this for 1 month, but each time I enter my details to register on Ameli.fr (using the French version), I have received messages saying you are still working on my documents.  Three days ago, the message changed and said &amp;quot;you are unable to set up an account on your own and need to call your healthcare provider.&amp;quot;  I have tried calling the English helpline several times, but it simply cuts me off after stating &amp;quot;Our service is exceptionally closed. Please call again....Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00&amp;quot;.  Why is the line down?  When will it reopen?  Who can I contact - in English - to order my Carte Vitale and set up my Ameli account?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
