As part of my application for health coverage, I submitted all the required documents. All were accepted except for the certificate of enrollment for the current academic year.</p><p>This document was rejected several times without a clear explanation. Recently, I finally received the following reason:<br />&quot;Please provide a certificate of enrollment or school certificate from a French institution.&quot;</p><p>However, as I explained during phone calls with AMELI support, I’m not enrolled in a French university — my university is based in Tunisia. I am in France for a conventioned internship lasting more than 2 months, and I’ve submitted both my internship agreement and a payslip directly at an AMELI office.</p><p>Could you please confirm whether students in my situation — doing an internship in France while enrolled in a foreign (non-EU) university and paid at the legal minimum (4.35€/hour) — are eligible to open health rights through the French system?</p><p>Thank you in advance for your help.</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div>
