Can we both apply in the same time to CPAM office or only him first as I do not have a job yet? Can the form S1106 and required documents be in the same envelope for both?<br />Do I have to be attached to his health insurance or I send a separate S1106 form file with all required documents?<br />Can we just drop off the required documents to the local CPAM office or they need to be send only by post? <br />We already spent over three months in here and we need to be registered. His employer is not giving any help with the process. Do we still need to send the proof of residence for the whole past months or just the current one?</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div>
