If you need help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.

Finally, you can't register online but some CPAM have a website on which you can send all your documents. If so, you will see the details in this section "Adresses et contacts" of the ameli.fr website.

If there is no way to send your documents online, you will have to send them through post.

Oh ok thank you. I thought that form was only for the insurance, but also for social security….. i have happily been here for almost 14 months and feel very grateful. Thank you

There is no registration online.

When you will be in france you have to wait 3 months.

Then you have to print and fill the form 1106 https://www.ameli.fr/sites/default/files/formulaires/168/...
You have to send it with all documents required on page 2 (including a proof you are living in france since 3 months) or by postmail or on the website depotdoc if your departement has it.
