If you are already covered with French health insurance, I advise you to read this topic (in French) about application through "regroupement familial".

Otherwise, she can apply after 3 months living in France. I advise you to read the topics provided by Fanny in her last message to know how to be covered in France.

She was come in France by visa and we got married in France la mairie we ha e all documents like family book and birth certificate from OFPRA her translated documents by swron and so if she come during her pregnancy in France so how can I suport her without health assurance because I am handicap and if he can't apply for health assurance at least 6 month then what we should do please help me

First of all, you can not start the process before your wife arrives in France and only if she plans to stay here for at least 6 months.

When she arrives and if she has one of the requested residence permits, she will have to send all the listed documents you will find on this topic about how to be covered in France.
