When I try to activate my account with my details such as Social Security Number, last 11 digits Serial Number on Vitale Card and temporary code received by mail The website says Service temporarily available. I tried the same with Ameli account but I&#39;m unable to do so. Can you please help me in this scenario? I am an international student and I don&#39;t speak French.
