In that case, you must draw up a declaration on your honour authorising your daughter to study in France.</p> <p>If your daughter is studiying at high school, you will find the procedure reading this topic called "<a href="https://forum-assures.ameli.fr/questions/3425037-how-to-be-covered-if-i-am-not-working-and-i-am-european-citizen" target="_blank">How to be covered if I am not working and I am a non-European citizen ?</a>". Your daughter will send her application to her caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) accompanied by the certificate of honour.
