However, I was confused with the whole concept. Since I have a Ph.D. funding and I will sign a job contract for that reason, shall the university (HR department) take care of this process and also from my side sign some papers, such as CERFA N° 15993*01 or should I do something different.</p><p>Just to note here that I have never been registered in France before.</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div>
