&lt;p&gt;Si la difficulté persiste, je vous conseille d’effectuer la démarche par courrier postal en adressant les documents suivants à votre CPAM :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Une lettre explicative indiquant votre numéro de sécurité sociale, votre nom et votre prénom&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Votre nouveau RIB&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;La copie de votre ancien RIB (ou, à défaut, l’IBAN de votre ancien compte)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;La copie recto-verso de votre pièce d’identité&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Par ailleurs, la ligne anglophone est bien accessible du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h. Toutefois, en raison d’un nombre important d’appels, la ligne peut être momentanément saturée. Il est donc conseillé de renouveler votre appel au cours de la journée.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Actuellement, nous ne rencontrons pas de difficulté avec le changement de coordonnées bancaires sur le  compte ameli.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Je vous recommande de vider le cache de votre navigateur, et de réitérer votre démarche depuis un autre support (smartphone, tablette, ordinateur).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Toutefois, si le problème persiste, vous pouvez également tenter à nouveau la connexion en utilisant différents navigateurs comme Firefox ou Edge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez également vous faire accompagner par un
conseiller spécialisé &quot;France services&quot; pour réaliser vos démarches
