Hello KohliM,

As Betty said previously, if you face issues to access your ameli account, you have to contact your local office or the english speaking line which are the only one who can access your personal informations.

About your carte Vitale, if your photograph and your identity document are correct, it usually takes about 3 weeks to receive the physical card. In the meantime, you can use your "attestation de droits" with the healthcare professionnals you visit.

Dear Resh,

I’m experiencing the same issue as you while trying to create an account on Ameli. I’ve also sent the letter along with a photograph and identity proof for the Carte Vitale and am still waiting for a response. I have a couple of questions:

How long did it take for you to receive a response to your letter?
Were you eventually able to create your Ameli account? If so, could you share how you managed to do that?
I would appreciate your help.

Hello Resh,

To log in to your ameli account, you need to enter 13 digits (your social security number without the 2 last numbers). But you can't create an ameli account without your Vitale card.

I advise you to contact the CPAM’s English speaking line to get help in logging in your account. To do so, dial 09 74 75 36 46 from France, or 0033 974 75 36 46 from abroad.
