Hello mt,

I confirm you that the address given by our councelor, Géraldine, is the correct one.

You have to send your documents to Paris, only if you have got a French work contract and a Talent Visa.

If you are a student, with no French contract, you will make your registration thrue the student website : https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/

If you need help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.

send all these documents to the CPAM of Paris to this following address :

I sent my documents to the address indicated :
Assurance maladie de Paris
SRI /talents
75948 Paris Cedex 19

but it got returned.

Please advise the correct address for CPAM, thank you.

Hi mt,

I invite you to read this topic about application for passeport talent holders to know how to apply to French Health Insurance.

You will have access to ameli and carte Vitale after getting a certified social security number.

If you have a French work contract and passeport talent, you have to apply to Paris caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

Processing times varies depending on the type and number of files being processed by your. To know more, you can contact a counselor.

2/ this is only for students
3/ before create account you must register to cpam and obtain your Number.
4/ you havé to go in your residence ´s department but some CPAM as to havé appointment
5/ can’t say. CAN be few weeks or some months… but you can register to CAF without waiting

To register you havé to fill https://www.ameli.fr/sites/default/files/formulaires/168/... and send it to thé cpam of your residence. But if you havé à work They should do your registration
