I created an account on this site: <a href="https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/espace/#/student-area" rel="nofollow">https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/espace/#/student-area</a> and already received Attestation de droits définitive since 17 October 2022. In the attestation, my n° de sécurité sociale starts with 2 and it has 15 numbers.</p><p>Here is my situation:</p><ul><li>I cannot create Ameli account since then. When I created the account, it showed:</li></ul><p>Une ou plusieurs erreurs sont présentes dans le formulaire.<br />Merci de rectifier votre saisie en vous aidant des aides disponibles.</p><ul><li>I called the number 3646 but I can never reach to this number.</li><li>I already moved to Paris, can I create a new account?</li></ul><p>Thank you.</p></div> <div class="body-ft"></div> </div>
