I sent it to: Assurance Maladie De Paris, CS 70001, 21 Rue Georges Auric, 75948 Paris Cedex 19.</p><p>I sent my application vis Registered Mail. It was received by CPAM (Auric) on October 30 with a signature authorization. I can see this via the online tracking information. </p><p>I just received a notification in the mail that is a Lettre Recommandée Avis de Réception. It has the October 30th marked as the day they received it. However it also has a sticker that says “Restitution de l’information à l’expéditeur” implying that it wasn’t delivered to the Assurance Maladie De Paris. On this paper they have also checked the box for “Destinataire inconnu à l’adresse”.</p><p>The “Destinataire de la letter recommandée” is the address listed above and the “Renvoyer à l’adresse ci-dessous” is my home address. </p><p>I can’t tell if this is a notification that they were trying to return the letter back to me or if they had initial problems with delivering my application.</p><p>This is very confusing, and I can’t log in to see any of the status reports.
