I applied for my social security number on 17th October 2023 and I received a reply to produce additional document on 26th October 2023. I submitted the additional information that same date but since then I have not heard from them again and it&#39;s been 2 weeks. Because of this I cannot apply for a student job and even internships because they all require social security number. Is there a way to contact the agency responsible for generating social security numbers? Any other international student whose SSN is delayed would understand my frustration.
