I recently received a letter at my home address from AMELI containing a temporary code to access my portal. I've tried to log in twice, and I'm certain I've entered my credentials correctly both times. However, I've been consistently met with an error message stating that my credentials do not match.<br></p> <p>Additionally, I received a RIB (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire) document today that I need to upload on my portal. Unfortunately, initially I uploaded my Pakistani Bank Details but it was rejected. After its rejection, there is no option showing for me to upload my French RIB on the <a href="https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/" rel="noopener noopener">https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/</a> portal. <br></p> <p>I'm reaching out to the AMELI community to seek assistance. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights into what might be going wrong, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
