After reading on this forum I saw a few responses saying that you need the carte vitale to create the ameli account, but on the certificate I received with my permanent social security number it said I should use that number to create and account an order the carte vitale. I&#39;m only asked for the carte vitale number on the app and even then I can&#39;t get to it with my current error message. </p><p>My question is: what&#39;s the order?
