However, when I looked into the possibility of the Certificat de Concordance I was told that it was only a form for if there was a mistake on the birth certificate, therefore didn&#39;t apply to me. My problem is that my birth certificate does not include an additional prenom which is on my passport, a name which I have used for over 70 years.
